Today, we will introduce the usage conditions of vertical machining centers. Dabai Precision Machine Tool (Jiangsu Co., Ltd.) is a high-tech enterprise specializing in research and development, design, production, and manufacturing of CNC machine tools and CNC tool machines. The company adheres to the production concept of high-quality and cost-effective, and creates a high-end CNC machine tool brand.

Environmental requirements. The orientation of vertical machining centers should be away from vibration sources, to prevent direct sunlight and thermal radiation, and to prevent the influence of moisture and airflow. If there is a vibration source near the CNC machine tool, anti vibration grooves should be set up around the machining center. Otherwise, it will directly affect the machining accuracy and stability, resulting in poor contact of electronic components, forming defects, and affecting the reliability of the machining center.

Power requirements. The universal machining center is installed in the mechanical workshop, which not only changes the environmental temperature greatly, but also has poor operating conditions, a variety of electromechanical equipment, and a large fluctuation in the power grid. Therefore, the orientation of the machining center requires strict control of the power supply voltage. The voltage fluctuation of the power supply must be within the allowable range and relatively stable. Otherwise, it will affect the normal operation of the CNC system of the machining center.

Temperature conditions. The environmental temperature of the CNC machining center is below 30 degrees, and the relative temperature is below 80%. Generally speaking, there is an exhaust fan or cooling fan inside the CNC control box, which ensures that electronic components, especially processing units, maintain a constant working temperature or a small temperature difference. Excessive temperature and humidity can shorten the lifespan of control system components and lead to the addition of defects. The increase in temperature and humidity, as well as the addition of dust, can cause adhesion and short circuits on integrated circuit boards.

Users are not allowed to arbitrarily change the parameters set by the manufacturer in the control system when using the machining center. The setting of these machining center parameters is directly related to the dynamic characteristics of each component of the machining center. Only the values of the gap compensation parameters can be adjusted according to the actual situation.
